Clothing Swap and Mending Workshop

Sustainably shop for clothing and learn how to mend!

Hosted with BHNP Craft Club and PRE.boutique, come on out for a fun, sustainable way to share within your community and keep clothes out of landfills! Instead of buying something new, find and swap clothes that are just your style with someone else. It’s an environmentally friendly way to change up your wardrobe without needing to spend a cent on clothing.

Alongside swapping clothing with other environmentally conscious folks, BHNP Craft Club’s very own educator, Mac will be teaching anyone willing to learn all about the beauty of visibly mending old clothes you aren’t ready to let go of yet.

How does this event work?

Show up with 5 or more pieces of clothing that you’re ready to let go of! Then, feel free to explore the other clothes donated, choosing up to 5 pieces of your liking. Once you’re done, head on upstairs to learn all about visible mending!

Can’t make it to the event, but still want to donate? No worries! There’s an option for early drop-off if that works best with your schedule.

Early clothing drop-off: Thursday, April 23 | 4PM – 6PM

Clothing drop-off begins: Friday, April 24 | 4PM

Shopping: Friday, April 24 | 5PM – 8PM

Mending Workshop: Friday, April 24 | 5:30PM – 7PM
