Blue Heron continues health and wellness programs for seniors throughout the year. With support from Northside Hospital, the Preserve makes an idyllic setting for Senior Wellness Walks during quarterly educational walks along our 3-mile Blueway Trail and nature paths. Exploring and learning about the Preserve helps to strengthen physical and mental health.
