Megan is a summer camp counselor and educator during the school year at Blue Heron. She started working at the Preserve in 2018, but has been involved in environmental education since I graduating from Auburn University in 2010. Her degree is in zoology, making animals her most favorite thing about nature.
She has worked in Atlanta, Georgia and in Reno, Nevada. In 2017, she lived in South Korea for a year teaching English. Connecting kids to nature is her passion.
When she is not outside, she enjoys playing volleyball, reading books, and exploring new places in the city with her friends.
