How many stories do trees have to tell? As many as there are ways to render these shading
giants on paper. Join us for a winter afternoon of creativity and reflection as we listen deep
down at root level and way up in lofty perches. Using literature as inspiration, we’ll learn
drawing techniques such as modeling, contour and value building to capture those moments
when trees speak to us, and then find our own visual voices.
